Terms of Service
Quotes and Pricing
All work is quoted per property. Quotes are based on the size, height, and condition of the surfaces described or inspected. If we find significantly more growth, debris, or damage than expected, we tell you and confirm any change before starting.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Weather-sensitive work such as washing, roof cleaning, and light installation may be rescheduled by us at no cost to you.
Site Access
We need safe access to the property, including gates, side yards, and an outdoor tap where the service requires it. If access is unavailable on arrival, a trip fee may apply.
Results and Limitations
Cleaning greatly improves the appearance of a property but cannot reverse existing damage. Oxidised or failing paint, permanently stained concrete, hard-water etching on glass, and aged shingles may not fully recover. We advise on realistic outcomes before starting.
Pre-Existing Conditions
Loose siding, failed caulking, cracked glass, brittle gutters, and unsealed windows are noted before work where visible. We are not responsible for damage arising from conditions that existed before our visit.
